To replace an ageing Scala installation with new hardware and a cloud based software solution, to allow new video media to be played on screens around the resort, and to simplify the management of content for onsite team.
Valcato Media selected SignageLive as their preferred software solution, a cloud based decentralised digital signage platform with a simple online administration tool to allow site staff to keep dynamic content such as event listings and sports fixtures updated. Our team spent two days onsite installing the new hardware and creating a range of content schedules. Our camera crew also visited during the busy holiday period to film and edit brand new video promotions for various onsite facilities.
After providing a basic induction and training for site staff, a support agreement was set up to provide ongoing telephone consultations, remote desktop support and a package of site visits to ensure the continued smooth running of the new system.
